This Balinese house has a large tropical garden with a beautiful swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters. On the ground floor a spacious living room is open to the garden, with a large pergola and green vertical garden on the other side. The island kitchen is fully equipped with a large double door fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and an espresso machine. The first bedroom is in front of the pool, with a nice bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom is upstairs, with 2 twin beds that can form a double bed.

 

Close to all amenities, travelers will discover Seminyak walking from the villa. It is also very easy to get to the beach and discover the famous surf spots that run along the coast, or take the car to get to points of interest in the region. 

 

The villa is located in the center of Seminyak, ideal to walk to the Oberoi hotel or Legian street, where the majority of shops, spas and well-known restaurants of Seminyak are located. The beach is only a few minutes walk and easy to find. The airport is about twenty minutes by car. The villa has a parking. 

 

The house has WiFi internet access, many books, a Bose Hifi 5 point sound system and a part-time maid used to receive guests. She will be there every day except Sunday to take care of you. Ayu works in the morning and can take care of your shopping and preparation of breakfast and other meals. A gardener takes care the garden and pool 3 times a week.
